How to get started
Download the FlexRide Driver app and register
Confirm your phone number and email address. Add your details and upload the required documents — driver's license, National ID card and car registration certificate — then submit your driver registration application.
FlexRide review and approval
FlexRide reviews the driver's application and approves accordingly. If more information is needed, FlexRide reaches out to the driver. Once approval is confirmed, the driver can log into the app.
Accept taxi rides and post RideShare trips
Drivers can now accept taxi ride requests and post RideShare trips. Choose a request based on the passenger's offered fare, reviews & ratings and the route — or offer your own fare.
Rate and review your passenger
After completing a taxi ride or RideShare trip, don't forget to rate and review the passenger. This information is a great help to other drivers in the FlexRide community.
